1 — Agreement

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.1 — Accepted Documents

2 — Player Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction. Players from restricted territories cannot create accounts. We verify age and location during registration and may request additional documentation.

3 — Account Management

• Each player is permitted only one account; duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and notifying us of any unauthorized access
• Account sharing, selling, or transferring to other persons is strictly prohibited under any circumstances
• Inactive accounts may be charged monthly maintenance fees after 12 months of no activity or deposits
• We reserve the right to close accounts for violation of terms or suspicious activity patterns

4 — Self-Exclusion

Players can request self-exclusion for periods from 24 hours to permanent closure. During exclusion, account access is blocked and new account creation is prohibited.

All deposits are processed instantly while withdrawals require verification and may take up to 5 business days. Account balances represent real money deposits, not credit. Using payment methods belonging to third parties is prohibited and may result in account closure.

6.1 — Wagering Requirements & Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum 1x wagering requirement on all deposits before withdrawal to prevent money laundering; fees apply for non-compliance
• Withdrawal limits vary by player status: standard players ₹5,00,000 monthly, VIP players ₹25,00,000 monthly
• Processing times depend on verification status and payment method; expedited processing available for VIP players
• Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from operational funds for maximum security

7 — Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• Casino bonuses require 25x wagering of bonus amount within 7 days of activation
• Sports bonuses require 5x wagering of bonus amount on odds of 1.50 or higher
• Maximum bet with bonus funds is ₹500 per spin/bet to prevent bonus abuse
• Irregular betting patterns or suspected bonus abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure

8 — Bet Placement & Settlement

All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators and third-party results. Settlement follows official results and our game rules.

9 — Prohibited Activities & Sanctions

Fraud, collusion, money laundering, bonus abuse, and use of automated systems are prohibited. Violations result in account closure, fund confiscation, and reporting to relevant authorities.

10 — Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the amount in your account balance. We are not responsible for technical failures, internet disruptions, or third-party service issues beyond our reasonable control.

11 — Terms Modifications

We may modify these terms or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of updated terms and conditions.

12 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of our licensing jurisdiction and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Licensing Disclosure

We operate under offshore gaming licenses and may not hold licenses in your specific jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring online gambling is legal in your location before playing.
